New Year’s Realizations

New Year’s resolutions can sometimes set unrealistic expectations, leading to disappointment if they aren’t achieved.

On the other hand, New Year’s realizations involve reflecting on the past year and understanding what changes or improvements you’d like to make without the pressure of specific goals.

As we approach the  New Year, I’d like to urge you to focus on realizations over resolutions

Being brutally honest with yourself and your realizations helps in identifying areas for improvement and setting meaningful goals. Realizations often involve confronting uncomfortable truths about ourselves or our situations. It allows for a more profound understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, leading to more authentic and impactful changes in the long run.

I’d like to ask you to embrace the challenge of honest self-reflection.  It might be tough – and if you do it correctly and honestly it probably will be – but it’s where true growth begins.

If you’d like to, take a few moments today or tomorrow and share your top 3 realizations with me regardless of how difficult or honest it may be.

Leave me a comment, send a mail or send me a WhatsApp. Sharing makes it real!

Remember, those difficult realizations will pave the way to meaningful changes and form the foundation of not only self awareness but also whatever goals, self development and healing you’re searching for.

After an amazing time in Iceland, which included a lot of personal reflection, brutal self honesty and research and reading I’m feeling super inspired and ready to be a part of your journey in 2024.

Here’s to a year of embracing your own journey, learning, growing, doing, sharing, making mistakes, laughing, loving, living and becoming the best version of ourselves.  And never forgetting to be awesome.

Here’s to an inspiring and incredible year ahead!

Happy New Year!
